Petlune sells digital products delivered electronically. Because digital files can be accessed or downloaded immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable after delivery or download, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.
Technical problems
If a purchased file is corrupted, inaccessible, or materially different from its description, contact us with your order number and product name. We will investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement file, corrected access, or another appropriate remedy.
